Wonderful place! We visited on Sunday around 5:00 PM, and since it wasn't too crowded, we were able to fully enjoy the very cozy and peaceful atmosphere👍
A huge thank you to the staff: the waiters were not only caring and attentive, but also had a great sense of humor — the service is simply top-notch! The menu pleased us with a great selection. All the dishes were fresh and incredibly delicious, and the cocktails deserve a special mention. We were absolutely delighted with everything — the atmosphere, the service, and the quality of the food. Definitely five stars💛

Delicious with wonderful service. Family of 4 visiting Ireland and stopped for dinner.
I had the Chicken Royale and it was delicious. Tender chicken with a wonderful sauce and vegetables cooked perfectly. Of course, the mashed potatoes were stars of the show.
My wife had the Cherry Flame pizza and loved it. Prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and an excellent sauce.
My son had the burger and said very good things about it.
My daughter had the Margherita pizza and finished the whole thing. Kudos to the staff and their attentiveness.

We had just finished a long day of exploring Knowth, Newgrange, Hill of Slane, and Trim Castle on our last day in Ireland. We were hungry and didn’t want to wait till we got back to Ashbourne to eat so looked up the reviews on local joints close to Trim. Flambé was actually right at the parking lot we were in, had all 5 star reviews in recent history so so decided to eat here.
And we are so fortunate to have done so.
Carolann was our hostess/waitress (and later found out to be the owner) and she was absolutely fantastic.
All of the food was delicious and priced well. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly per my request.
The atmosphere and music was a delight especially after a long day.
Carolann talked with us for a while after we were done eating. We shared stories of our travels and ancestry. She was extremely personable and funny as well. It was late for us and had a good drive still to get back to our Airbnb and she specially packed our desserts to go with ice to keep them cold until we got back.
It’s located right next to Trim castle which is a bonus.
Thank you Carolann for a special evening of dining and conversation to wrap up our amazing vacation to Ireland 🇮🇪

My boyfriend and I were just passing through, we stopped to visit the castle and decided to have lunch at this restaurant. It was the best choice we made, the waitress was very attentive, I forgot to ask her name, but thank you anyways. We had an amazing experience, the atmosphere is great, the food was perfect, everything was cooked to perfection, and very well done.

Really amazing food and service. I dont generally eat vegatables, but I even ate the broccoli which was prepared in a unique way and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn't fault anything. I can highly recommend this restaurant. Well worth treating yourself to a meal here.
